Online Consultation

In order to comply with the required GP contract changes on 01.10.25, the online consultation platform Patchs will be open to our patients during the practices core working hours of 08.00 – 18.30.  As a measure of patient safety, please do not complete a Patchs if you consider your problem or symptoms to be urgent in order to avoid any unnecessary delays in your treatment.  Please contact the practice directly in these circumstances to obtain the appropriate advice.

Practice manager

Jayne Caunce

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Office manager

Katherine Glynn

The office manager is responsible for systems which are in place for the smooth running of reception and admin duties. The office manager is also responsible for overseeing the appointment system and the GPs schedules.

Receptionists

Claire, Louise, Caitlin, Courtney, Lynn and Madalena

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with patient records, coding of documents from other medical services.

Medical administrators

Elaine, Kelly

These staff members are your contact with the practice and they may be able to help with the administration or non-medical aspect of your health care. They may need to take some essential details in order to take the appropriate action.
