The Business Manager is responsible for the business and financial aspects of the practice. This includes managing finances, overseeing premises and building maintenance, ensuring equipment and facilities are fit for purpose, and supporting the long-term operational needs of the practice. The Business Manager works closely with the Practice Manager and partners to ensure the practice runs efficiently and sustainably.
Practice Manager

The Practice Manager is responsible for the management of the practice’s personnel and day-to-day operations. This includes supporting staff development, overseeing administrative systems, ensuring effective communication across teams, and helping to maintain high standards of patient care. The Practice Manager works closely with the GPs and wider practice team to support the delivery and development of services.
Medical administrators

Medical Administrators support patients and clinicians with the administrative aspects of healthcare. They assist with correspondence, referrals, patient records, and other non-clinical matters. They may need to obtain essential information to ensure enquiries are dealt with appropriately and efficiently.
Senior Receptionist
Caitlin Glynn
The Senior Receptionist oversees the reception team and supports the smooth running of front-of-house services. Responsibilities include staff training and development, supervising reception processes, coordinating GP appointment schedules, and ensuring patients receive a professional and efficient service. The Senior Receptionist works closely with the management team to maintain high standards across reception and administrative functions.
Receptionists
Claire, Louise, Courtney, Lynn, Sasha and Madalena
Receptionists provide an important link between patients and the practice and are often the first point of contact for general enquiries. They can provide information about services and results, direct patients to the appropriate member of staff, book appointments with GPs and nurses, process repeat prescription requests, manage patient records, and carry out a range of administrative duties that support patient care.
