Dr Anna Emmott, female
MB, ChB, MRCGP, DCH
Dr Emmott graduated from the Liverpool University Medical School in 2004. She worked as a junior doctor in Warrington, Whiston, Arrowe Park and Leighton Hospitals, before completing GP training in Weaverham, Cheshire in 2010. She joined Bethany Medical Centre in 2011, becoming a partner in 2015. She is married with two children.
Dr Sunandini Sethuraman, female
Dr Sunandini Sethuraman joined the practice in December 2021 and works here on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. She qualified in 2006 from The University of Mumbai and became a GP in August 2009. She trained in paediatrics prior to switching to general practice. She has a keen interest in safeguarding training and information sharing in primary care. In her previous role as named GP for safeguarding children she worked closely with the designated adult nurse for the CCG to improve safeguarding adult provision within primary care. Within her PCSF executive role, she oversaw the development and maintenance of the website and was one of the forum moderators.
Dr Theint, female
Dr. Theint graduated from the University of Medicine, Mandalay, Myanmar, in 2007. Following her graduation, she built a strong clinical foundation by working as a resident physician in Myanmar and Singapore. She then transitioned into general practice , entering the GP specialty training programme in the Northwest Merseyside region in February 2021. After successfully qualifying as a GP in February 2025, Dr. Theint officially joined the team at The Bethany Practice in May 2026.
