How Do I Make an Appointment?

To make an appointment please visit our consulting room. 

An appointment system is in operation in our surgery. A GP appointment is for 10 minutes and is for one person only. If you think you will require longer, please ask for a double appointment.

Please complete our online form or ask at reception if you wish to register for on-line services. Please present your ID at the surgery.

Routine appointments can be booked up to four weeks ahead.

There are also emergency appointments daily and these will be triaged by the ANP or GP.

Telephone Consultations

Telephone consultations can be arranged by requesting one when making an appointment.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

We now have the facility to send you appointment confirmations and reminders by text. If you would like to use this service, please make sure we have an up to date mobile number for you.

Teaching and Training

We teach student doctors from Liverpool University. You may be asked if you would talk to a student, or with your permission the student may be present when you see the doctor or nurse. Please feel free to say if you would prefer not to see the student
